LAST CLASS Restorative Flow + Yoga Nidra
Open to All. Sunday 27 Feb. 08.30 - 09.45 pm
Wash away the concerns of the day and prepare yourself for a good sleep. This class focuses on gentle, grounding movement and breath work to slow down your mind and stretch out your body before bed. The class ends with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra, a meditative yogic sleep that promotes deep rest. This is my last online class, as I am taking a break from teaching to have a baby. It is free, and open to all, to celebrate the last two years of online classes. Please book in to receive the Zoom Link. Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
